Old fashion donut muffins

1 1/4 cup margarine
5 eggs
3 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1 3/4 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla

Mix ingredients together in the order given. Bake in cupcake lined pans at 160°C oven for about 20 minutes (or until completely baked, but not over-baked).
